Hardscape Site Lead

This year is shaping up to be our busiest yet, and we are looking to hire hardworking individuals to join our installation division. As the Site Lead for a hardscape/construction crew, you'll oversee outdoor projects focused on constructing hardscapes, such as patios, pathways, and retaining walls. You'll lead your team in executing tasks efficiently and ensuring high-quality results in every project. Benefits: * Comprehensive extended health benefits after a 3-month probationary period * Life insurance * Dental care * Free Parking Job Duties Include: * Assistance in the planning of projects prior to production. * Coordinate a crew of 2-4 employees. * Planning material needs for projects. * Operation of heavy machinery and various tools such as laser levels, gas axes and hand tools. * Managing the safety and quality of sites. * Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organization on job sites and in company vehicles. * Reading, interpreting and adapting site plans. * Maintaining site documents and completing administrative tasks. Job Requirements: * 2 - 5 years of practical experience in hardscape installation - interlocking brick, natural stone patios. * 2 - 5 years of practical experience in irrigation, drainage and landscape lighting. * 2 - 5 years of practical experience in equipment operation. * Proficiency in written and spoken English communication. * Dependable team player with a proactive attitude to anticipate company requirements. * Ability to lift to 50 lbs. * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. * Reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites.
