Plumber / Gasfitter

Mac's Heating has been providing reliable, safe and efficient operation of building combustion and mechanical systems in Victoria and surrounding areas for over 65 years. We provide start-up and service for all major equipment brands of Heating and Mechanical Equipment. Some brands include Viessmann boilers with CPRO certification, Weishaupt burners and most major equipment manufacturers. We are currently hiring an experienced technician. If you are a Gas Class B ticketed technician or a Journeyperson Plumber and in the process of obtaining your B ticket, and have the “Show up Follow up” attitude, send your resume to careers@macsheating.ca. Job Requirements: * Gas Class A or B ticket or in the process of obtaining the ticket. * Red Seal Certified Plumber or equivalent. * Driver's license and clean abstract. * Back flow ticket is an asset. * Ability to climb ladders and work at heights and in confined spaces. * Respirator usage is mandatory for this position for some jobs. * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance. * Strong problem-solving skills.
