TCB Cleaning Services Packages Our Cleaning Packages 1st Time Cleaning Package: This package is done the very first time your house or office is cleaned. It gives us a chance to get your home, apartment or office ready for future cleanings. It takes 3 to 20+ hours for this cleaning depending on the space to be cleaned. The kitchen area will include: * scrubbing and sanitizing sinks and countertops * clean surfaces and outsides of appliances * clean inside the microwave The bathroom area will include: * scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, counters * spend extra time on buildup areas such as showers, bathtubs, and sinks * clean shower doors, mirrors, and polish chrome All rooms will get the following: * dust all furniture and miscellaneous items * dust and wipe windowsills, baseboards, doors, light switches and outlets * clean all glass surfaces * vacuum/mop all floors, carpets, rugs, and stairs * remove cobwebs * clean any above light fixtures / fans * vacuum sofas * chairs and under seat cushions * tidy up where needed Basic Cleaning: This package can be done weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or on-call. This cleaning includes the up keep of the 1st time cleaning. This cleaning package usually takes 2 to 6+ hours depending on size and needs. Spring/Fall Cleaning: This package includes all of the 1st time cleaning specifications. This package usually takes 3 to 10+ hours if you are a regular client, 3 to 20+ hours if you are a new client. Moving In/Out Cleaning: This cleaning package is for a vacant home, apartment or office that is getting rented or being put up for sale. We will come in and clean from top to bottom. This package usually takes 3 to 20+ hours. Add-On: We also offer additional services which can be added on to any of our packages.
