Corner Property

Wanted: Developer Great Potential Corner lot Property After 40 years, it is back on the market. Very well known Heritage House, not designated, property in Esquimalt at the entrance of Saxe Point neighbourhood. Rezoning was approved in 2022 for an extra small lot. Building plan for a house already in place. But the new provincial guidelines have increased the density and Esquimalt is working on these and suggest early summer for the details. I have been working on this project for almost 5 years now and this new potential is beyond my abilities. It’s time for me to sell it.
