$400 · Rehoming our Parrolette

Sadly we need to rehome our little "Blue" pacific parrolette. She turned 3 yrs old on Mar 12. Blue is from a breeder and has had DNA tested. She has been with us since 8 months old. Blue loves to fly freely up to her swings on ceiling then down to her gyms to interact with us. She steps up and turns around 3 times on finger for her sunflower seeds. That is about it for touching her,except for when she feels like landing on you and once in a while when not hormonal you can give her scritches on beak,head and neck. Im sure with someone who has time she will be a well trained birdie. Blue doesnt talk like most female parrolettes but with time and training she could possibly. She does sing to John Forgerty quite well 😉 Once she flys around a few times and enjoys treats she easily goes back in cage with her little gym. She will let you know as she flys up to cage and peeps. Shes very good at communicating with you. She loves to bath ...I tease her and tell her to wash her dirty bum..mostly in sunny weather. Blue is extremely attached to her cage,toys and gym, so only sellng all as a package deal. Her cage is about 59inches tall and 31 inches wide and 20.5 deep. We are looking for a retired or work at home person,hopefully no young children or pets. Blue has always been a single bird and hopefully will stay this way! No breeders pls. You will need to have space for cage and willing to let her free flight at least 20 mins a day. Blue requires fresh chopped veggies daily,seeds and fresh water. You will need a truck or van to move cage. Pls have cash for transaction.
