For April 1st: Private Living in Your New Condo as Your Roomie is Rarely There! Hello, I’m a professional house sitter and I also do other work out-of-town so I'm often away for weeks at a time returning only for a couple days. I'm looking for a professional working person who would appreciate paying less than the going rate of a 1 Bedroom in a New Build Condo (completed 2 yrs ago,) near all amenities (on treed street near Mayfair Mall,) as I will quietly occupy the small 5 3/4' x 8 1/4' Den briefly between work stints (Den not in photos.) This 5th Floor Suite is 1 Bedroom plus Den (called Flex on the Floor Plan in the link below.) This means less rent for you than a small One Bedroom in this building or comparable new condos in town, yet you rarely have to share the space. As you will become accustomed to having the suite to yourself, I will never show up without messaging you well in advance. I am clean and respectful and will provide you my housesitting website with references as you will provide me your references. When I’m around, you will find me friendly and easy to laugh but I will be home for ‘down time’ so I’m happy to retire quietly to my little space with a meal and do my remote work online or loose myself in a movie. I will use my hotel toiletry bag when needing to shower etc. so you will have all cabinetry space. In the previous draft of this ad, I had the rent as $1745 but was able to negotiate that for 'us.' I also promised to have interior photos on Mar 12 but wasn't able to get in there until yesterday. Measurements for the floor space (so not to the back wall of the kitchen counter,) is 19 x 12 ft. Bdrm is 8.5 x 10 ft with Walk-in Closet being 8 x 5 ft.
