Looking for 1 roommate to share spacious 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom basement suite. No couples, cats, or dogs. Rent is $1035 (including utilities) + $55 for wifi. Damage deposit is $500 Bright spacious unfurnished room available in large basement suite located on a quiet street. There is tons of storage space, gas fireplace, dishwasher, in suite laundry, and off street parking. There is a young family that lives in the suite above, which means there is a zero tolerance policy on parties and smoking/vaping on the lot. About me, I am a 28 year old female small business owner/work from home employee. I love all things ocean , plants, books, crafts/art, and working out in as many forms as I can. I like to live in a clean space (no dishes in the sink), and am looking to share this space with someone who likes to come home after a long day at work and unwind.
