BUSY 2 person OFFICE IN SOOKE HAS A FULL TIME BOOKKEEPER POSITION AVAILABLE QUALIFICATIONS: o 2+ years experience with Quickbooks – Fully Qualified in Full Cycle Bookkeeping o Accounts Receivable – batch invoicing, monthly credit card auto payments through portal, online banking data entry, statements, follow-up o Accounts Payable – Data Entry, and report on payables due o Set-Up and maintain customer profiles o Excellent verbal and written customer service skills o Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word o High degree of accuracy and attention to detail o Positive attitude and work well in a team environment o Ability to multi-task o References Required This is a full time, in office position. Monday through Friday Full benefits package available after 3 months Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Certification with Quickbooks is required.
