Wheelchair practically new and in excellent condition. The measurements are 18 1/2 inches across the seat; 17 inches length wise on the seat; 2 feet high to the top of the seat without the cushion and three feet two inches to the push handles at the top. It fits up to 300 lbs and a standard to large framed person. This high-end wheelchair features an anti tip bar and wheels to prevent the chair from going over backwards. My Physio therapist suggested that this feature should be mandatory given the serious harm that can result from an accidental backward tip over. Also, the two large wheels on either side can be easily removed to convert it into a convenient transfer chair supported by the remaining four smaller wheels. There are two sets of foot pedals to allow for proper sizing. The black vinyl cushion shown in a separate picture is comfortable and properly sized to the chair. The chair has firm strong brakes on each side. It is comfortable; stable and can be easily self propelled by the individual in the chair using the hand wheels on each side. The individual pushing it has a very stable strong chair to maneuver. It folds smoothly and because the two large wheels also are easily detachable it can be conveniently stored or transported. There is a clip-in seat belt allowing for needed safety. The mechanisms have been well oiled and all the parts have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. The vinyl is in new condition. The full retail price of a chair with similar important and safely conscious features is $700. I used the chair very lightly for two outings during knee surgery recovery this Christmas and am now willing to offer it for sale.
