1 unfurnished bedroom + additional living space, for rent in my home $1050 all inclusive. (Wi-fi, Heat, Hydro & Garbage.) Colwood, close to Royal Roads, trails & bus route. (54 Metchosin, I believe.) I have 2 rooms available for one person. A bedroom upstairs and a den on the lower floor that you can set up as a living area. Access to kitchen, with your own cupboards for food. Fridge & freezer space is available but limited, you're welcome to add a mini fridge to your living area. I use the main bathroom daily for showering, and on rare occasions it is the guest washroom, other than that the main bathroom is yours. We have a large yard, shared with our downstairs neighbor. You're welcome to find yourself an unused area to garden if that's your thing. I do all my gardening on my deck. I'm looking for a mature female, who values her privacy and alone time. You will be clean and organized in shared spaces, and also keep your living areas clean. Please be employed full time, or a mature full time student. Proof will be required. You've got to like cats as I do have a cat, but unfortunately no additional pets are allowed. Please tell me a little about yourself.
