Looking for Quiet, Sunny Room or House

LOOKING FOR: An unfurnished house, suite or cabin. I'm 29 and work remotely for an environmental conservation group. Looking for a place to call home for a year or longer. I grew up on an organic farm so I'm looking for something with limited or no traffic noise and lots of sunlight. Budget depends on what's on offer. I'm renting a room in Oak Bay currently and only looking to move once I come across the right place in Metchosin, on the Saanich Peninsula, Duncan/Maple Bay, or East Sooke. I work full-time and spend a lot of time hiking and paddling but when I'm around I'm happy to help around the land too if that's desired.
