• Two containers for primary fermentation. • Six 5 gallon carboys for secondary fermentation, complete with vapour locks. • A hydraulically operated platform on wheels to make lifting of wine carboys easy. • An electrically operated wine filter. This is the best way to ensure that the wine being bottled is free from any impurities. • A sturdy corking machine which makes inserting corks in bottles easy. • Lots of miscellaneous equipment, such as bottles, labels, corks, cleaning material, and caps to fit over newly corked bottles. • Special shelving which allows you to store wine bottles. Will store upwards of 160 bottles. • My offering also includes four premium wine kits. Each one will make 28-30 bottles of wine. RJH en Primeur: sauvignion blanc (white) and Super Tuscan (red). RJH Cru International: malbec (red) and merlot (red). The cost of buying just these kits today is much more than I am asking for both kits and equipment. I am selling all this equipment and the wine kits because I am quite old and it is physically too difficult to make wine any more.
