I purchased this 928 a few years ago from a Porsche enthusiast on the Island who had not driven it in quite a while due to health reasons. It is a Vancouver car, the last service in the book was 3,000 km ago but 17 years had passed. I purchased it to restore, it has very good bones. I set about the mechanicals first, it has a new timing belt with a Porken tensioner, new water pump, new aluminum radiator, new fuel injectors, new tires, all new fluids, and filters. I drove it to Osoyoos as a shakedown and other than that I haven't had a chance to do more. It is very unique as a 'paint to sample' optioned car in what I believe is Mercedes DB353. Lots more to be done but these first-generation 928's are becoming more valuable in the market. I'm happy to discuss any details.
