Metrawatt of Germany made the Horvex line of meters, of which there are three major versions. The Horvex 2 is the second of those. A simple little meter but it will need to be calibrated prior to use. The accessory photocell is not included. Unlike the Horvex 3, this model has Weston speeds, along with DIN and ASA. The Horvex 3 the dropped Weston and substituted EV numbers instead. Great for a photographer and filmmaker, or for someone who collects vintage cameras or this sort of thing. Some simple searches online can provide details on how to use it but here is a downloadable PDF of the original instructions: https://www.cameramanuals.org/flashes_meters/horvex_2.pdf Pick up is in Saanich close to the Monkey Tree Pub.
