Job description Pacific Fireplaces is your premier fireplace store. We are locally owned and family operated since 1999, specializing in the installation and maintenance of gas, wood, and electric fireplaces. We are a well-established company looking for long term employees to grow and advance with us. We currently have one opening for the position of sales/customer service expert. This is a full time position. Being able to work Saturdays is a requirement. If you are a responsible person full of enthusiasm, detail oriented and possess excellent customer service skills you may be the person we are looking for. Duties for this role will include but are not limited to: Assisting clients on showroom floor by demonstrating products, providing education and resources to perspective clients Familiar with relevant aspects of renovations / home construction Providing detailed and accurate quotes to customers in a timely fashion Continuous learning of hearth products and relevant product knowledge in order to better assist clients Assisting with parts delivery, installations and other support as needed Working with suppliers to fully understand equipment available and current industry trends Some heavy lifting required Other duties as required by Manager Requirements and Qualifications: · High school diploma is required Interest and enthusiasm to learn the ins and outs of the hearth industry · At least one-year customer service and sales experience is required · Strong interpersonal/customer service skills · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) · Strong written and verbal communication skills · A positive attitude with the ability to communicate and interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner · Ability to stay organized while effectively multi- tasking · Reliable and punctual · Quick learner · Desire to learn and grow within the company Full time hours: 40 per week, some seasonal considerations. Must be able to work Saturdays Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Will be based on experience & evaluated based on performance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
