Sailing Vessel Mariness

Update: Leaving the country and must sell. Will take any serious offer. Mariness is a 26’ wooden sailboat. Carvel planked in 1934 and sheathed in glass more recently. The boat is a Thomas Fleming Day designed Seabird Yawl with some more recent design alterations including an enlarged cabin for improved comfort and livability. (https://sailboatdata.com/sailboat/sea-bird-26-1909/) She is a great coastal cruiser and perfectly suited for 3 seasons of BC exploration and has taken me and my partner all around the Georgia and Queen Charlotte Straights: from the Gulf Islands to the Broughtons and beyond. Mariness is fit with: - 6hp Tohatsu long leg outboard (recently serviced) - 100w monocrystaline solar panel for self sufficient cruising - 3 burner stove with oven - wood stove for heat - 2 single berths - Plenty of under deck storage (or quarter births for shorter group adventures) - Mainsail, Mizzen sail, 2 foresails (nothing new but fast enough for a cruiser) She underwent a major restoration in 2020 with new starboard side planking and framing, new rudder and stock, new electrical systems, new rigging and stays, chain plates, bowsprit, boomkin and restored masts and booms.
