Fully Furnished room with private en-suite bathroom. Available June 1. Looking for a female student interested in renting a room in our cozy, friendly home. This rental is not suitable for couples. The house is located close to downtown in funky Fernwood. Our small family lives upstairs and there are 4 rooms (including this one) rented to other female students. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, couch desk, dresser, large walk in closet, mini fridge and microwave The shared area has a hot plate and toaster oven and other misc appliances that you will need. The house environment is friendly, respectful and quiet. We have plenty of experience running a homestay house to International students. We recommend students to apply as we are a quiet house only rented to female students and we are more than willing to assist wherever we can and can also provide meals for a small fee, if interested. We are looking for long term rental for the right person. The rent includes all utilities, WIFI, and laundry.
