$1,050 · Room For Rent

Hello. I am looking to rent out my second bedroom. I live in a fairly new apartment building in Belmont Park that is pet friendly. I have 2 cats and a dog so you must love animals. Maybe you have a pet as well? There is a stackable washer/dryer in suite as well as a dishwasher. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished and I have plenty of extra towels if you need any. I do have a queen size bed in the bedroom right now which is yours if you would like it. It could stay or go. And if you needed a dresser and night table Ican make that happen as well. The rent would be $1050 all inclusive. If you need a parking spot we would have to get you on the waiting list and it would be an extra $60 a month when you get the spot. It is a very short walk ( 7 - 10 minutes) to the Juan de Fuca Rec Center and Colwood bus exchange as well as Royal Roads University. The building is non-smoking but you can smoke just across the street.
