Hello! Looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment in Langford, available May 15 or June 1. Rent is $880/month + utilities (wifi & cable $55/month + hydro). Parking is available for additional $55/month. The building is built in 2019 and walking distance from Downtown Langford and Westshore mall. A corner unit with in-suite laundry, dishwasher, soaker tub and you'll have access to fitness facilities and bike storage in the building. I work full time and keep the place tidy, am respectful, easy-going and in my late 20s. Hope to find someone who's around my age and a mature likeminded person.
