2 rooms for rent in Vic West close to ocean and downtown 600 & 650 May 1st

Looking for some nice folks to share my four bedroom home for the summer and beyond. We are a two minute walk from the ocean and the Songhees Walkway that follows the ocean to downtown. The house has a big comfy backyard with garden space available for any gardeners or wanna be gardeners. Its definitely a character house, 100 years old, hardwood floors, lots of windows, huge kitchen, kind of a retro vibe going on. House is 15 min walk downtown and close to major bus routes. Lots of grocery stores close by. High speed internet. Portion of internet and utilities monthly. Looking for kind, fun and mature folks to share my house with. Cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen and pitching in around the house a little are key. Cute friendly dog and outdoorsy artistic 40's male live here No cigarettes please, street parking only, damage deposit is 300$. Please have references. Must be employed, in school, or least show me you can afford rent every month. Thanks! Short term renters for the summer are welcome. International folks are welcome. Covid: We've been really lucky to not have much covid on Vancouver Island so far although its picking up a bit. Looking for folks that are for the most part following the Bonnie Henry regulations. So definitely not a party house but backyard works for having a friend or two over. The two rooms: can all come furnished if desired. One room is almost small 12ft by 10ft but has a big window looking out on the backyard (600) The second room is big 12 by 14 (650) and has a big window. The first picture is of the 600 room.
