WANTED: room or suite

Hi, my names Frank. Im looking for a room or bachelor suite to rent. I work full time in the construction industry. Id be willing to do some work in exchange for accomodation as well. Just seeing whats out there. A little about me. I am 30. I have 2 smaller kids and get partial custody with them so being able to have them over is important. I drive and would require parking as well. Other then that Im not very picky. Typically work 8-5 mon-fri Happy to chat and answer any questions. Have references. Clean and respectful.
