ABOUT : The Foam Shop Canada is Urgently Hiring for our Victoria location! We are looking to hire Sales Associates & a Store Manager that will be responsible for sales from inquiry through to close. The successful candidate will be able to create an engaging shopping experience for our customers & interact with customers in a authentic way. Our Website: https://foamshop.com/ A DAY IN THE LIFE : Cut and shape foam products per customer request Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features Be able to explain up to date info on our products Team up with co-workers to ensure that a high level of customer service is maintained Build productive trust relationships with clients YOU HAVE : Basic understanding of sales concepts and customer service practices Proficiency in English language Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Physically able to lift products up to 30 lbs. Basic mathematics, knowledge of fractions and decimals Ability to multi-task NEED TO KNOW : We provide all training on site - with an experienced Sales Associate/Manager Store hours are 9:30 am - 5:30 pm Tuesday to Saturday. Sales associates start at $17.00 /h and can earn up to $20.00/h by advancing their skills and sales volume. We also offer medical & dental benefits after 1 year of employment with our company.
