Busy showroom looking for add to our already great group. Job Duties: *Assisting customers with their selections *Build and maintain customer relationships *Responding to and processing incoming calls/orders *Entering orders and quotes on computer *Identify problems, correct and resolve issues in a professional manner *Communicating with distributors regarding orders etc. *Counting and processing orders when they arrive. *Respond to inquiries and provide product knowledge *Keeping showroom tidy and well organized *Putting together sample boards *Assembling and load customer with their orders *Able to lift up to approximately 50 lbs Qualifications: *Customer service experience *Computer savvy *Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure *Detail oriented and super organized *Can think outside of the box and problem solve *Effective time management skills *Available to work Saturdays
