$1,700 · Want a 1-2 bedroom accessible suite

Hi I am helping friends of mine that have 1 cat and they do smoke but outside only. They need a 1-2 bedroom suite that is easy access to get into. They pay rent on time and they are friendly and out going. They have 1 car so would need parking. They would like to stay in the Victoria area but are willing to go to Langford.
