Single parent in the midst of a move to a new home, leaving behind a super toxic subsidized housing complex operated by a building manager who apparently doesn't care to adhere to Section 28 of RTA at all, allowing offending tenants to riot impact noise & promoting abuse. Lots of items to offload due to downsizing from 3 to 1 bedroom accommodation, with teen daughters once again displaced from their mother due to aforementioned reasons noted. Sometimes also selling items on behalf of my parents because they are absolutely clueless about selling online.
