Companion/fitness/house&garden care for Seniors

Hi there, I am a yoga teacher/yoga therapist who has worked a lot with retired folks and elderly yogis. I love to walk, paint, read, play music, share stories, cook. I have been teaching yoga for fifteen years in Victoria. I have also trained in meditation and lived/worked at a zen centre in New Mexico. I would like to expand my work to home visits. I have been fully immunized and will respect all protocols. I have also worked with kids as a yoga teacher. I am open to working for an individual or within a family setting. Companionship, exercises, bringing in music such as drumming for brain fitness, throwing in a load of laundry while visiting, fixing some lunch or supper. All are possibilities. I also love animals and would be happy to dog walk. My rate is $30 per hour I look forward to creating a plan that works best for you!
