Specifically, the components we use do not off-gas or smell and are are non toxic! This makes for a great, healthy (DRY & WARM) place to work. Starting Wage is $20 an hour with eligibility for our bonus program after 3 months. Health, Dental benefits package at 6 months. As you gain skills, wages increase from there. We also offer a number of sleep related products like pillows, sheet sets, and protectors - all offered direct to consumers. Physically fit and eager to learn? Polite and presentable? Perfect. We train. Here’s what we are looking for: Your primary role is to prepare and assemble mattress components & deliver them; including; ** Cutting latex foam. ** Cutting fabric. ** Sewing and serging & we train ** Sweeping & Cleaning the workspace as needed. ** Organizing mattress components for binding & tufting. ** Daily work involves some heavy lifting of mattresses with another person. Must be able to lift 30kg multiple times a day ** Learning how to make mattresses and other general duties to make things work in a busy shop. ** Delivering mattresses in the greater Victoria area & occasionally other day trips nearby. ** Delivering our product with professionalism, enthusiasm and gusto ** Learning about our products so that you effectively communicate to our clients and represent our brand in a positive manner.
