He/she will be responsible for leading the Service department teams to meet and exceed customer expectations while operating a profitable department. The Service Manager's success will be measured by his/her ability to develop a team of people who help families go camping and get them back camping quickly after needed repairs or maintenance. Requirements College Degree preferred but not required Strong computer skills Strong leadership skills Strong customer service skills Education and/or Experience Previous experience as a people manager preferably in RV, Automotive, Implement, Heavy Equipment or like type industries. Experience and knowledge of leading and motivating small teams Compensation $70K - $80K DOE Extended health benefits Shifts Tuesday to Saturday, days
