LOST PASSPORT (PLEASE HELP)

*** Lost American Passport - Golan Kisar - lost Tues, Sept 14 at 8:30 PM on Broad St downtown. Reward: $200 *** Hi Victoria friends! My partner, Golan Kisar, arrived from the states this week and lost his passport on September 14th at 8:30 PM on Broad Street heading towards Johnson. We were heading to a restaurant, and had his passport out in order to enter with vaccine proof but it fell out of his jacket pocket as we got out of the vehicle. We returned just 25 minutes later to search for it, but someone had already picked it up. We reported it lost to Vic PD immediately but I am trying to use social media to reach the person who picked it up, hoping they plan to return it. We are about to deliver our twin babies this week, and really want to avoid the work of applying for a new passport in Vancouver (which may be near impossible once the babies arrive). My partner works in the States, and therefore needs to return shortly, so we are kind of in an emergency situation.
