Temporary receptionist position for a busy, dynamic Oak Bay law firm. This is a temporary position and remuneration will be commensurate with experience. There is the possibility of the position being extended to a one-year contract or to full-time, based on candidate fit and the firm’s needs. Duties include answering telephone calls, directing calls/taking messages, greeting clients, and distributing mail Candidates must have the ability to multi-task in a busy office environment. Great interpersonal, organization and client service skills with particular attention to confidentiality given the nature of the business are all qualities that we seek in a successful candidate.
