A local cleaning company is seeking a professional for full-time and part-time cleaners to perform a variety of cleaning duties for residential, vacation rentals, strata managed condo buildings and occasionally commercial settings. Must have attention to details, focused, motivated, and able to work alone, and with a partner or joint team. We have been in the industry for 8 years with various customers across Victoria and capital regional district. We also offer competitive wages based on experience ($18-25) and benefits. Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or condo buildings: >> Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows. >> Cleans rooms and living areas, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets. >> Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners. >> Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies. >> Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas. >> Performs additional duties as needed. The requirements we are expecting from you: >>> Previous professional experience in cleaning is required. >>> Ability to follow verbal and written directions and procedures >>> Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills. Mist be able to work in some weekends, and occasional holidays >>> Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 10-30 pounds >>> General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning >>> A vehicle with valid driving license and smartphone If you think this might be a great opportunity for you, please forward your resume with your availability.
