Competency Based Interview Prep Help

I am looking for someone to hire to help me prepare for a competency based interview with the BC Government. Previous experience with competency based interviews with the government would be an asset. I know the competencies that are required and the levels but I need some help on crafting an answer using the STAR format that would yield the highest marks.
