Looking to trade our Willis Point home of 33 years for a house in Victoria. Over 6000 sq.ft. on 3 floors. Huge rooms. Incredible unobstructed views of Saanich Inlet. 20 KM's from Victoria. Just under 2 acres. This is a world class house and property. Please provide as much info as you can about your property. I am looking for a substantial property with a approx. 2,500-3,500 sq.ft. house. House must be in top shape. Do not want to do renos. Also must have decent parking on the property. My house is not for sale right now and I will not be showing it until we find a trade that is suitable for us. Value of my house is 1.8 million dollars. I have had a number of replies with people trying to trade a far less valuable property straight across. Seems silly to point this out but if you have a 1 bedroom condo in Esquimalt worth $300,000 I am not going to trade you my house for that! This actually happened!!
