Summary of Responsibilities: * Driving product and service culture, continually checking with guests and service staff * Supervision of all front of house service staff in accordance with operating policies during their shift * Ensuring that proper food handling and presentation are being met by all staff * Organizing and conducting pre-shift meetings and communicating pertinent information to all staff * Handling guest concerns and complaints in a prompt and professional manner * Organizing, building and maintaining a professional work environment * Assisting with recruiting and training of front of house employees Preferred Experience, Skills and Education: * Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills * Must possess good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure * Strong background in hospitality * Must have proper skills with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel * Preferred skills: Squirrel POS, QSR, OpenTable, 7Shifts Scheduling, Optimum Control Schedule: * Flexible schedule required * Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation: * Rates and benefits will be negotiated based on the successful applicant's qualifications and experiences Thank you for your interest, only applicants selected for interviews will be contacted at this time.
