Landscape Horticulturalist / Maintenance Foreman

Red Door Landscape Services Ltd. is looking for a highly qualified professional to fill the position of supervisor on our horticultural team. We are a full service Victoria, BC based landscape company that prides itself in delivering creative, tasteful and high quality installations and maintenance services to its clients. On top of being a good fit within the team and the ability to manage large sites, successful candidates should have experience in many of the following areas: • Managing the safety, quality, & productivity of sites • Supervise, coordinate and schedule multiple crews of 2-3 employees • Operate various tools and equipment including driving a trailer, power hedge trimmer, leaf blower, lawn mowers etc. • Coordination with other departments (irrigation, planting, maintenance) to efficiently maintain all properties • Complete and submit project records on a daily basis including time and materials summary, expenses, equipment use etc. • Assist in the planning of planting or other maintenance projects prior to production • Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned company vehicles, machinery and job sites. • Reading, interpreting, and adapting planting plans Our maintenance portfolio continues to expand and we are looking for a qualified individual to assist in client and crew management under the leadership of the current Accounts Manager.
