Looking for a potential crew lead (minimum 1 year experience) to start immediately. Compensation starts @ $25/hour. Wage increase depends on work performance. A successful candidate will possess the following Good plant knowledge and identification. Clean class 5 driver's license. Can work closely with a team and follow direction. Strong inter-personal skills and a polite attitude. Enjoys a fun but hard-working crew and atmosphere. 1 year previous gardening maintenance experience is a must. Passionate about gardening and hardworking. Job tasks will include, but not limited to: Complete care of client's gardens and landscapes. Mowing and trimming lawns. Weeding, raking and cultivating garden beds. Pruning and trimming of plants, shrubs and small trees. Operating garden and lawn power equipment; such as hedge trimmer, lawn mower, trimmer and blower. Installing soil and mulch Hardscaping projects such as constructing a walkway, pond and an exotic gardens. We are an ITA approved sponsor for landscape horticulturist. There is an educational support in place for right candidates.
