Landscape laborer ($20 - $30)

Growing landscaping company currently looking to hire employees for starting positions as landscape workers. We are looking for 1 or 2 employees. We have two positions we would like to fill. Someone for a full time position and someone to work part-time 2 to 4 days a week. Applicants need to have integrity, a desire to do excellent work, and the ability to communicate with clients in a courteous and professional manner. Our company provides a high quality service with attention to detail and it is important our employees have these qualities. Job responsibilities could include (but not limited to): - Customer service - Landscape construction - Pickup and delivery of materials - Lawn care - Garden maintenance - Site cleanup - Pest control - Hedging and pruning - Planting - Heavy lifting Qualifications: - Attention to detail - Self-motivated - Professional conduct and demeanor - Good communication skills - Prepared for physically demanding work on regular basis - Works well in a team or alone - Honest and reliable - Organized - Great time management skills Experience in labor/construction/landscape work is a benefit but even more important is a good attitude and a willingness to learn. Experience claims must be backed up with strong/verifiable references. Special consideration will be given to applicants who hold horticultural certificate/diploma and/or irrigation certificate (CIT-Level 1 and CIT-Level 2), or similar industry designations. Must have vehicle/transportation, driver's license, and clean driver's abstract. Starting wage will be $20 to $30 per hour depending on level of experience and certificates/diplomas held.
