We are based in Sidney/North Saanich and our work takes us all over the greater Victoria area, the Saanich Peninsula, and the Gulf Islands. Our maintenance crew care for incredible landscapes all over the Saanich Peninsula and Victoria. There's nothing like going to work with an ocean view! We are looking for experienced people who love being outdoors and staying fit while working. You should apply if you are the following: Dedicated Knowledgeable about tree and plant care. Know your way around mowers, trimmers, secateurs etc. You like people and enjoy talking to them about plants 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience You have your own vehicle and clean driving record You want meaningful work with opportunities to move into a crew lead role You are strong, fit and can handle the hustle You are not a jerk The Details: Large and small equipment operating Pruning, soil application, irrigation, planting, raking Tool maintenance Planting garden beds Working as part of a team Lots of variety Dealbreakers: We are an equal opportunity employer, if you can't handle that, don't apply.
