This is a solid foam wedge measuring 12 x 23 inches. Used for elevating your head and upper back while sleeping. Intended for gastric reflux, sciatic relief, low back pain. I only used this for about 1/2 hour as it was too high for my head. Folds up and comes with carrying case. Zippered cover that can be removed and washed.
