$400 · Practically brand new Oura Ring Heritage Silver size 8

I bought this Oura Ring on May 19, 2020. I used it for about 3 weeks before realizing that I am too sensitive to the EMFs emitted from it (the majority of folks would not be). It has been in the box, on airplane mode, ever since. I just connected it to Bluetooth today and it is still working beautifully. I contacted Oura, and I am able to transfer the ring to another person. I paid $450, but then also there were customs charges on top of that. I am open to reasonable offers.
