I am a registered kinesiologist and exercise physiologist with over 20 years of experience working with a diverse group of clients. Since 1996 I have designed and implemented a variety of health & wellness and strength & conditioning programs for competitive athletes, individuals that require occupational fitness such as police, military recruits, firefighters, and first responders. In addition, as an exercise rehabilitation specialist, I have extensive knowledge of program design for individuals with multiple chronic health issues such as musculoskeletal conditions, and cardiopulmonary deficiencies. My philosophy is above and beyond just the physical training of the individual. I believe in deeper human mental and spiritual connections that can enhance mutual critical thinking that motivates us to be the best version of ourselves.
