Colwood Shito Ryu Karate-Do teaches traditional Japanese Karate. Our Head Instructor Mirek Drozdzel has over 43 years of experience and currently holds 5th Dan in Shito Ryu.He is 3rd Dan in Ryuku Kobudo (bo,sai,kama,eku,nunchaku ,tonfa) and he is knowledgeable in Iaido(Muso Shinden Ryu). Classes for Men,Women and Children from age 9.
