It's waterproof, Tracks gps, calories, heart rate, pace, speed, distance , fat burn percentage and shows all heart rate zones. It's links up with your watch too. Most accurate arm band heart rate sensor on the market. Comes with arm band, sensor , USB charger, goggle attachment for swimming and carrying bag.
