Technology Coordinator

We are seeking a Technology Coordinator to join our team! The position is for a fixed 4–6 month term starting Sep 2021 with a possibility of extension if required. This is a diverse position requiring multiple skill sets. Main job responsibilities include: upgrading, running and maintaining the website, utilizing an online platform to create efficiencies in our systems, organizing our client's database, possibility of migrating from existing talent platform to a new one, migrating e-mails to a new Domain, integrating systems, upgrading software and hardware, social media design, implementation & maintenance, file system restructuring and security upgrades. There will be some general office procedures where required. We are looking for someone with excellent computer competency and good communication skills. Knowledge and experience with social media and website management, programming and file storage systems are required. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with changing deadlines. Wage rate: $25 - $30/hour depending on experience Flexible work hours and ability to work from home.
