Includes all hinges, spring , mounting hardware and tracks. The door is 10yrs old. Lived in an east facing exposure and never saw the damaging UV rays. Only issue is the peeling clear coat, wood is not discolored or damaged from rain or weather. The door has little to no damage or dents. The clear coat applied at new has started to peel. The owners were not interested in refinish the door so they purchased new ones. Could be sanded down and painted or have commecially stripped and apply new clear coat.
