Customer Service Representative

Do you have Lyme Disease or know someone that does? We know that dealing with Lyme Disease is costly and frustrating. We are looking for people who understand and care about our customers. We are focused on changing Lyme for life and our service team is at the heart of that along with our technology. We offer an opportunity to engage with our customers and make a difference. This role is focused on managing customer queries, service tickets and troubleshooting. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate service issues across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers seem frustrated or have trouble communicating and understanding instructions and you must have extensive experience working with computers. This is an in-house employee position (while it may be out of office to begin with given Covid restrictions) and requires that the candidate live locally.
