POSITION OVERVIEW Seeking a Class of 10 x customer service agents for a National Client in their Victoria Location. Customer Associates will wear many hats within the call center. The purpose of this is to provide a single call resolution. Touch on billing inquiries, help support, resolving escalations, and customer retention. Answering inbound 100%. Zero commission role. Fast-paced environment, 5-10 seconds between calls. Calls vary in length and complexity. Multitasking is crucial for success in this role. Using MS Office to communicate with the team and log notes. Using Singleview CRM. Additional Skills & Qualifications: MUST HAVE - Willingness to WFH and return to office in the future as required. - 2 years of Customer Service experience - retail, call center, hospitality. - Strong command of English written/spoken. - Must pass crim/credit check - Must have WFH capabilities - Full Schedule Availability NICE TO HAVE - Education in telecom. - Starbucks or Airline employees have had great success. - Tenure and growth in previous roles.
