The primary responsibility for the job is to install windows and doors in new construction or renovation projects. The ideal individual must have a proven track record of exceptional workmanship, customer-centric, self driven, reliable, dependable and have the desire to always raise the bar to the next level. Training on our products will be provided on all the products and installation methods we use Job description Meet with homeowners to confirm specifications, assist in contract confirmation, and perform technical measurements Execute window installations utilizing various trade methods standard within the industry Removing and installing new windows in existing homes or new home builds Insulating perimeter of openings and caulking around perimeter of newly installed windows Cutting and installing jamb extensions and trim Provide exceptional customer service through professional and courteous communication and treatment of our customers Cross-functionally collaborate with the head office team to assist in product service in addition to installation Communicate all product and install issues to appropriate parties including customers and our Installation project manager Always adhere to established safe working procedures and wear the proper safety equipment Working from ladders and/or scaffolding Loading and unloading; maintaining a clean working area free from dirt and debris between tasks and upon completion on work
