Now Hiring: Construction Lead Hands

Westcoast Premium Builders Inc. is looking to hire Experienced Construction Lead Hands for our quickly growing team. Based in Victoria, BC on Vancouver Island, we perform general construction work and renovations - residential, commercial, and new builds. Looking for Lead Hands who have at least 3 years' experience running a residential/commercial construction crew. Lead hands will provide direction and supervision of workers on-site but will also be on tools to actively take part in efforts to efficiently complete all work. Experience in residential construction a must. Red Seal Carpentry ticket is an asset. Basic hand tools, PPE and reliable transportation are required. Lead Hands start at $35-40/hour Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm Competitive wages based on experience. Employee incentives offered.
