Position Requirement Provide leadership to train members of the team in standard roofing practices Provide exceptional customer service when representing Admirals Roofing to customers Minimum 5 plus years' experience in the roofing industry required. Insure that all materials are installed with the correct adhesives and fasteners in the correct fastening/adhesion pattern Insure that all materials are installed at correct mil or thickness rate Insure that all safety equipment is properly secured at the job-site Project reporting on a daily basis and as otherwise needed Oversee all aspects as related to roof installations including but not limited to safety, housekeeping, and quality Physical demands: This position may require occasional climbing, balancing, heavy lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit for extended periods of time or be on their feet for extended periods of time, and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel.
